Beckett’s Rufus, by Muskatecr —Haracot, 10.10, McGregor, 1 ; Sultana 2, Evening Wonder 3. Also started : Cannongate, \ oltigeur 11., Dingo, Sudden, Parahaki, Tarrigan, Hylas, Kowkai, and Sirdar. Rufus, who was always well up with tho leading division, had Sultana at his mercy in the last circuit on the flat-, and won easily by three lengths. Time, 8.11.
