CORONATION CELEBRATIONS,

By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, last night. It has been decided to conduct the Coronation celebrations in Christchurch on the same lines as those at tbo tune of the tho Royal visit. There will bo a Royal salute and parade of volunteers, procession through the streets, presentation of war medals if thoy arrive from England m time, and fireworks demonstration at night. It is also suggested to plant a Coronation Avenue at Hagley Park. THE PLAGUE. Shields is practically well now. Ho is of opinion that ho caught tho plaguo on a vessel from Newcastle.
