NAPHTHA EXPLOSION.
GAMBLERS KILLED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright New York, May 12. While a naphtha train was shunting at Sheridan, Pittsburg, the rear cars telescoped. A switch-light ignited the leakage. Successive explosions followed. The flames spread to the suburbs, a mile away, exploding an hotel mansion building, where two hundred men were betting. . Altogether twenty were killed and two hundred injured, one hundred and fifty fatally.
