IMPRESSIVE CEREMONY

AUCKLAND, last night. The unveiling of the window placed in All Saints’ Church at Ponsonby to the memory of the first incumbent* Rev. E. N. Bree, took place yesterday morning. Archdeacon Calder conducted a special service for the occasion! The figures depicted in the window, are Bishops Selwyn, Hadiield, Abraham, and Harper ; the Hon. Colonel Haulton, Hon. Mr Swainson, and Hon, Id. W. Stafford, M.L'C. The window) represents the granting of the Constitution to the Church of New Zealand at St. Stephen’s- Church, Parnell.
