TO ACQUIRE LITHGOW IRONWORKS. By .Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, May 10. A powerful company has been formed in London, with a capital of 11730,000, to acquire Sandforu’s Lithgow ironworks, near Sydney. The company ordered 70 blast furnaces and steel furnaces, also rail plate mills.
