Trouble in Russia.

St. Petersburg, May 1, A spurious proclamation has been distributed broadcast in South Russia. It directs the preasantry 'by order of the Czar to re-divide the land, cattle, corn, which tho nobles re-absorbed contrary to Alexander the Second’s proclamation. The peasantry on the Duke of Oldenburg’s estate attempted to seize the cattle, and came into collision with'the soldiers,_ who charged with bayonets. One regiment refused to obby'the command to charge.
