SHIPPING.
The s.s. Waikare loft Napier at 8 p.m. yesterday, and arrived early this morning. She leaves at 10 a.m. for Auckland and Sydney. The Omapere leaves Wellington to-day for Napier and Qisborne. The Te Anau leaves Auckland at noon to-day, and is due here on Sunday afternoon. UNION STEAMSHIP COMPANY’S MOVEMENTS.
Saturday.—Waikare arrives from South early, and leaves for Auckland and Sydney. First launch, 6 a.m.; last, 10 a.m. Sunday, 4th May.—Te Anau arrives from Auckland during the afternoon, and leaves for South. First launch on arrival; last, 5 p.m. - (Tuesday.—Omapere arrives from South and leaves for East Coast and Auckland. First launch- 6 a.m., last 5 p.m. Wednesday.—Tarawera arrives from South early, and leaves for Auckland* First ldunch 6 a.m., last, 8 a.m."
Mararoa arrives from Sydney and Auckland about noon, and leaves for South. First launch on arrival and last at 7 p.m. Sunday, 11th May.—Tarawera arrives from Auckland during the afternoon and leaves for South. First launch on arrival, last 5 p^m.
TELEGRAPHIC SHIPPING. Yesterday Auckland.—Arrived, Clan McLeod, from Newoastle. The s.s. Indradevi was granted pratique to-day. Napier.—Arrived, 2.30 a.m., s.b. Elingamite, from Gisborne. Sailed, 7.45 a.m., Weka, for Gisborne.
Wellington.—Sailed, 9.40 a.m., s.s., Star pf Australia, for London. Lyttelton.—Arrived, 7.25 a.m., s.s. Modowai, from Port Chalmers. Sailed, 3.80 p.m., barque Amazon, for London; 5.10 p.m., Monowai, for Wellington.
