PROPOSAL TO CHECKMATE THE CAPITALISTS.

The Premier of Natal, who submits a proposal for the unity of naturalisation laws at the Coronation Conference, stated that the French Translantic Steamship Company had agreed to support Mr Morgan’s combine on the same lines as the German Companies. A movement is on foot in London to memoralise the Government to veto the combine or petition Parliament to close British ports'again'st the trust.
