SUPREME COURT.

The civil sessions of the Supreme Court were continued yesterday before His Honor Mr Justice Edwards, the Waingaromia cases being taken. Mere Boihi and others v. the Assets Company, Limited, re Waingaromia 3a : (1) That certificate of title be cancelled and fresh one issued in favor of the Natives named in the memorial of ownership, or that the Company be declared trustee for tho plaintiffs ; (2) that tho Company be ordered to account to plaintiffs for the use and occupation of the lands. Messrs W. L. Bees and Lusk for plaintiffs, Messrs H. D. Bell and C. A. DeLautour for defendants. After argument as to the form the case should take, tho evidence was gone into, and the ease will be continued to-day.
