FACTORY COMMISSION.

A GLOWING REPORT.

By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrighl Sydney, April 25.

Mr Outrim, Chairman of the Victorian Factory Commission, interviewed, said the Commission had the absolutely unique experience of going through New Zealand colony where was no unemployed. The population generally seemed in a prosperous condition. They examined a large number of employers and employees. They were of the unanimous opinion that the principle of the Conciliation and Arbitration Act was a sound one, and they would be very sorry indeed to go back to the old order of things. They spoke highly of the simplicity and admirable administration of the Conciliation Court.
