CAPE TO CAIRO RAILWAY.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, April 25. • An arrangement has been signed in Brussels providing for the carrying ot the Gape to Uairu railway via Victoria Fulls and Katanga to take Gossaii, thence by waterway along the river liuababa tu Btanleyville, thence by railway to Lake Albert Nyauza, thence a waterway to the Nile, German territory being avoiued.
