By telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, April 23. The corn trade members of the London Chamber of Commerce have resolved that the true ratio of duty shall be threepence for wheat, fourpence for flour, and twopence for offals.

In the House of Commons, the corn flour duties were carried by 283 to 197. Sir Michael Hicks-Beach agreed to the duty on offals being threepence.
