Foot, late secretary to the Christchurch Property Trustees, charging him with the misappropriation of funds of the Trust. It is alleged that the shortage is about £SO. Foot has been missing for nearly a fortnight and his whereabouts are not known. Dr J. 11. Deamer died suddenly last night.
