DYNAMITE OUTRAGES. MANY PEOPLE WOUNDED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Brussels, April 11. Further socialist riots have occurred. Many people were wounded, and many arrests were made at Brussels. Dynamite outrages were perpetrated at Mons, Liege, and Charleroi districts. The Artillery, Chasseurs, and Civic Guards have been summoned.
