By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, April 8. It is believed that Mr Cecil Rhodes left Lord Rosebery, Earl Grey, Lord Milner, Mr Beit, Dr Jameson, Mr L. Mitchell, and Mr Hawkesley his trustees, the remainder of his fortune, estimated at between three and four millions, with unfettered discretion to expend it in the advancement of federation of the AngloSaxon races.
