London, April 8, Habibullah is allowing Sunnites of Central Asiatic Russia to travel through Afghanistan, going to Mecca. The Novoe Vrernya suggests that if properly approached the Ameer wou[d agree to the appointment of a diplomatic agent at Kabul; Haddah Mullah has arrived at Kabul, and congratulated the Ameer on his succession. It was suggested that as Abdurrahman was called “A Light of the Faith,” be should be denominated ‘ ‘Hope of the Faith.” Habibullah declined, saying that he had not earned the title.
