NO MORE MORANTS. By Telegraph—Press Assooiation—Copyright London, April 7. The Bush Veldt Carbineers are now called the Pietersburg Light Horse, retaining only one officer of the original command. The Independence Beige says that the Boer delegates ought to remember that Boers who would accept British rule constitute the majority; therefore, it is unfair of the leaders to sacrifice thousands of families to personal ambition.
