EASTER HOLIDAYS. POST OFFICE. The following special hours of attendance will be observed at post and telegraph offices in the Gisborne district On Good Friday all post offices will observe a close Mails for despatch during the day will he closed the previous evening at 7.30 p.in. On Easter Monday all post offices .Will be open to the public from 9 to 10 a.m. only, and mails for despatch during the day will close at 10 a.m. There will be no delivery by letter carriers. TELEGRAPH OFFICE.
On Good Friday the Gisborne office will be open irom 9.20 to 10 a.m. All other offices in the Gisborne district will observe a close holiday. On Easter Monday the Gisborne office will be open irom 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and 7 p.m. to midnight.' All other offices in the Gisborne district irom 9 to 10 a.m. only. , 'Mails for the following offices will not he despatched on Good Friday or Easter Monday '. —Makaraka, Waeren-ga-a-hika, Matawliero, Ormond, Te Arai Bridge, and Murewai.
