AUCKLAND SPECIAL
THE WAIKARE. | Special to Times. | Auckland, last night. The Waikare loft for Gisborne at 10.30 o’clock this morning, instead of two o’clock in the afternoon, as is usually the case. This will enable Gisborne and Napier to be worked on the same day, the ship’s hands having Good Friday holiday. NATIVE GATHERING. Messrs J. Cowan (Auckland Star) and Harid Gordon (Auckland Herald) left by the Tutanekai this evening, to report the native meeting at Waiomatatini.
