STRIKE RIOTS
SOLDIERS BAYONET AN OFFICER. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrigh St. Petersburg, March 21. A strike has occurred in the Government arms factory at Tula, Moscow. The troops were called out, and fired blank cartridges at the strikers. The officor ordered them to use ball cartridges, and a sergeant-major refusing to obey the order, was threatened with death. The soldiers supported him, aud bayoneted the officer.
