By Telegraph—Press Association. Palmerston North, last night. The Seddon Testimonial Committee met this afternoon, when reports of a very favorable character were received. Deputations will wait on the Premier here to-morrow, asking for a building for a High School, and for increased accommodation at the railway goods sheds.
