STATE SUBSIDIES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, March 18. Keuter’s Agency states that the American Senate has adopted the Shipping Subsidy Bill by 41 votes to 31, limiting the expenditure up to 1907 to five million dollars, afterwards to eight million.
