INCESSANT RAIN. STREAM OF CARRIAGES FOR TWO HOURS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, March 15. The Court reception was largely attended. It was an exceedingly brilliant function.
There was an uninterrupted stream of carriages for two hours, and eager crowds of spectators despite the incessant downpour of rain. A thousand guests attended the Court reception.
