MR WYNDHAM’S SPEECH. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, March 14. Mr Redmond’s amendment to reduce Mr Wyndham’s salary was negatived. Mr Wyndham made a brilliant vindication. He was at present, he said, repressing unlawful assemblies and intimidation leading to crime. Wherever the League is mischievously' active tho Government suspends the working of the Congested District Board Act. If juries did not convict offenders then the Government would be justified in proceeding under the Crimea Act.
