Dunedin, yesterday. The President, Rev. Mr Murray, preached at Trinity Church in the forenoon. At the afternoon service the Rev. Mr Beckett was ordained a minister in full connection. The Rev. Mr Garland delivered the ordination charge. The evening service was conducted by Dr Money. There was a large congregation, and it was an impressive service. Special prayers were offered for the bereaved relatives of New Zealanders, and the “ Dead March was played. 1 This morning in ministerial session reports of the probationers examinations were dealt WltU. The Rev'S. Cook, Oxbrow, and Eaton passed in thenrespective years. It was decided to appoint Student Belton to circuit work. Students Patchett, Goodbehere, James Mcßeau, and Rauderson will be continued for further training at Prince Albert College, Auckland, and Student Reed continued on the Presidents reserve list. .
