SYDNEY. .March 3.—A fresh outbreak of fire in the workings has caused the re-closing and sealing of the Great colliery. The Presbyterian authorities are advised that numbers of Pacific Island hoys are homeless and penniless as the result of the Federal'legislation. The most noticeable feature is the large increase of deaths .from phthisis.
