District horses winning Races 3 or 5 to carry penalty ui 71b in District Race. 4. The handicapper i.as power to re-handicap horses after the declaration of weights and throughout .the meeting. 5. Protests must be lodged with the Secretary within 15 minutes after the disputed event, and accompanied by a deposit of 20s, such deposit to he forfeited should the protest be deemed frivolous or vexatious. Nominations for Races 1,3,- and 5 to be in the bands of the Secretary by SATURDAY, MARCH loth, at 5 p.m., accompanied by name, age, pedigree, and performance of horse and colors of riders. 8.
