CONDITIONS, 1. All Open Races, except District 2. Horses entering in District Race must have been in the District, and the bona fide property ol residents, for at least three months previous to the races. Boundaries, Wampu County. 3. District iiorses winning Races 3 or a to carry penalty of 71b in Dis4. The handicapper has power to re-handicap iiorses after the declaration of weights and throughout the meeting. 5. Protests must be lodged with the Secretary within 15 minutes after the disputed event, and accompanied by a deposit of 20s, such deposit to be forfeited should the protest be deemed frivolous or vexatious. 6. Jockeys riding in races to wear colors. 7. Nominations for Races 1,3, and 5 to be in the hands of the Secretary by SATURDAY, MARCH 15th, at 5 p.m., accompanied by name, age, pedigree, and performance of horse and colors of riders. _ 8.
