New York, Feb. 25. Prince Henry everywhere has received great ovations. There has been an interesting and cordial exchange of visits between Prince Henry and President Roosevelt at "Washington. Prince Henry, residing at the German Embassy, drove to the British Ambassador’s, and then called on the other Embassies, visited the capital, and dined at White House in the evening.
