CONDITIONS. 1. All Open Races, except District Race. 2. Hornes entering in District Race must have been in the District, and the bona fide property of residents, for* at least three months previous to the races. Boundaries, Waiapu County. 3. District horses -winning Races 3 or 5 to carry penalty of 71b in District Race. 4. The handicapper has power to re-handicap horses after the declaration of weights and throughout the meeting. 5. Protests must be longed with the Secretary within 15 minutes after the disputed'event, and accompanied by a deposit of 20s, such deposit to be forfeited should the protest be deemed frivolous or vexatious. (j. Jockeys riding in races to wear colors. 7. Nominations for Races 1,3, and 5 to be in the hands of the Secretary by SATURDAY, MARCH loth, at 5 p.m., accompanied by name, age, pedigree. and performance of horse and colors of riders. 8. Weights for Races 1,3, and a declared 9 p.m. Wednesday, March 19th. Acceptances, 9 p in. Thursday, 20th. 9. Entries ior Pony Race close with the Secretary at 9 p in. Thursday, March 20th.
