CONDITIONS; 1. All Open Races, except District Race. 2. Horses entering in District Race must have been in the District, and the bona tide property of residents, for at least three months previous to the races. Boundaries, Waiapu County. 3. District horses winning Races 3 or 5 to carry penalty of 71b in District Race. 4. Tlie handicapper i.as power to re-handicap horses after the declaration of weights and throughout the meeting. 5. Protests must ire lodged with the Secretary within 15 minutes after the disputed event, and accompanied by a deposit of 20s, such' deposit to he forfeited should the protest he deemed frivolous or vexatious.
