CONDITIONS, 1. All Open Races, except District 2. Horses entering in District Race must have been in the District, and the bona fide property of residents, for at least three months previous to the races. Boundaries, Waiapu County. 3. District horses -winning Races 3 or 5 to carry penalty of 7lb in District Race. 4. ,The handicapper has power to re-handicap horses after the declaration of weights and throughout the meeting. , ;1 5. Protests must be longed with the Secretary within 15 minutes after the disputed event, and accompanied by a deposit of 20s, such deposit to he forfeited should the protest he deemed frivolous or vexatious. 6. Jockeys riding in races to wear colors. 7. Nominations for Races 1, o, amt 5 to be in the hands of the Secretary by SATURDAY, MARCH 15th. at 5 p.ni., accompanied by name, age, pedigree, and performance of horse and colors of riders. 8. Weights for Races 1,3, and o declared 9 p.m. Wednesday, March 19th. Acceptances, 9 p in. Thursday, 20th. 9. Entries for Pony Race close with the Secretary at 9 p.m. Thursday, March 20th. Weights declared at 10 p.m. same date. Acceptances, 10 a.m. Fridav, March 21st. 10. No nominations or acceptances will he entertained unless accompanied by the necessary fees. 11.
