ARTILLERY USED IN THE STREETS. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright London, Feb. 21. A general strike has taken place at Zaragazo. Groat oxcitement prevails throughout the valley of tho river Ter and in the provinces of Barcelona and Garona. Martial law has been proclaimed at Zaragoza and Tarragona. The warship Pelayo has been ordered to Barcelona. Artillery is used in the streets. The strikers have attacked the gaols. The postal service has been suspended. The riots extended over twelve towns. Fighting has occurred at Remo, Malaza, Tarrasa, and Zaragoza.
