J The Australian champion swimmers 1 gave an exhibition at the Swimming 1 Sports yesterday. They also competed in the Invitation race, in which M. Champion, of Wellington, also swam. The result was a dead heat between Lane, ‘ Cavil!, and M. Champion, the 100 yards being covered in 02 4-5 secs. Champion won the 100 yards inter-club race.
