The Jockey Club has decided to increase the added money next season by £BOOO. Ihe Metropolitan Stakes has been raised to £2OOO, the Derby to £750, and for the ensuing year to £IOOO. Champion Plate : Cannie Ghiel 1, Cruciform 2. Won by a length and a-half. Time 1.33 25. Div. £B. Linwood Welter : Scottish Minstrel 1, Huku 2, Lady Lillian 3. All ran. Won comfortably. Time 1.49 2-5. Divs., £6 7s and £2 14s.
St. Albans Handicap : Tsaritza 1, Cora Linn 2, Glenogle 3. All started. Won by a head. Time 1.40 4-5. Div. £2 15s
