Melbourne, Feb. 12. It is proposed to pay bonuses equal to sixty thousand on galvanised wire netting, and iron and steel pipes, and eight pounds apiece on reapers and binders. The wire netting bonus continus for three years, reapers and binders for two years, and pipes for five years. It is intended that the duties now on the tariff will not be put into effect until the bonuses cease.
