SHIPPING.
Messrs Richardson and Co.’s s.s. AVoka (Captain Carlsen) arrived from Napier early yestorday morning, and returned to Napier at 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon. Inward cargo : 8893 ft timber, 80 rams, 1 totalisator, 140 packages and sundries. The outward cargo consists chiefly of maize. The Tysor Company’s s.s. Hawke’s Bay is expactod to complete loading and leave for South this evening. The three-masted scow Ururoa (Captain .Olsen) was ballasted and cleared at the Customs Office yesterday, The vessel will sail for Newcastle this morning. Tho D.S.S. Company’s s.s. Omapero worked Port Awanui yesterday morning, and left at noon for Hick’s Bay, ‘Whanga-’ paroa, and Auckland. Tho Waihi arrived from tho Coast at 2 p.m. yesterday with 270 bales of wool for tbe steamer Hawke’s Bay. The s.s. To Anau leaves Auckland at noon to-day for Gisborne. The s.s. Warrimoo left Napier at 5 p.m. yesterday, and arrived early this morning. She leaves at 10 a.m. for Auckland and Sydney. The s.s. Waikare, leaving Bluff on tho 17th inst., calls at Milford Sound on her way to Melbourne. UNION STEAMSHIP COMPANY’S MOVEMENTS. Saturday.—Warrimoo arrives from South early, and leaves for Auckland and Sydney. Pirst launch, 6 a.m.; last, 10 a.m. Sunday, 9th February.—Te Anau arrives from Auckland, and leaves for South First launch on arrival; last, 5 p.m. Wednesday.—Moura arrives from South early, and leaves for Auckland. First launch, 6 a.m.; last, 8 a.m. Mararoa arrives from Sydney and Auckland during the afternoon, and loaves for South. First launch, on arrival; last, 7 p.m. Friday.—Omapere arrives from Auckland and East Coast ports, and leaves for Napier at 5 p.m. Sunday, 16th.—Moura arrives from Auck- 1 land during tho afternoon, and leaves | for South.
