COOK COUNTY COUNCIL. TVT OTICE is hereby given that this Council proposes to construct a certain public road, viz., a Dray Road tlnough Mangapapa Block, Block XIII, Uawa Survey District, and for that purpose to take, under the provisions of “ The Public Works Act, 1894,” the land described in the accompanying .schedule. The works are formation and drainage and culverts for the passage of surface water. Any person having any objection to Uie taking of this land is requested to state the objection in wr ting, and send the writing to the office of the County Council at Gisborne, on or L'lnore the 17th March, 1902.
