(By Telegraph —Press Association. Wellington, last night. The annual meeting of tho New Zealand Institute of Surveyors was held today. The report and balance-sheet were adopted. Thomas Ward was elected treasurer; and John Hay and Morgan Carkeek members of the Council. At a speeial meeting the rules passed at a meeting in Dunedin were confirmed.
