By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Jan. 23. After the memorial service at Frogmore Mausoleum thousands visited the building. To-day King’s accession services are being generally held. The Kaiser attended a Queen Victoria memorial service at Berlin.
Lords Salisbury and Rosebery and the German Ambassador were present at the Queen Victoria memorial service. The Kaiser and the King of Portugal- sent wreaths.
