The St. James’ Gazette directs attention to the fact that this is the first time that Federal troops have been sent. Berlin, Jan. 16. Herr Liebermann boasts that when he made his attack on Mr Chamberlain and the British Army there was a full Government Bench in the Eeichstag, and ho was only mildly rebuked for his insults on tho Army. The German press is now silent on tho Chamberlain and Bulow incident. Count Bulow dined with Sir F. Lascollos, the British Minister in Berlin.
