Russia has oxtended her telegraph line across the Tnman river, at the northern boundary of Korea, without permission. Korea protested. A Chicago Transvaal League, including judges and lawyers, has appealed to President Roosevelt to stop the shipment of horses and mules from New Orleans, enforcing neutrality, and stopping the war. Madrid, Jan. 13.
Spain has established wireless telegraphy between Tarifa and Centa across tho Straits of Gibraltar. Berlin, Jan. 13.
In connection with the murder of Captain Yonklosigk, of the German Army, tho sentences on Sergeant Martin, who was found guilty and sentenced to death, and Sergeant Hickel, who was acquitted on tho charge of murder, have now been annulled, and the Supremo Court ro-tries them.
