(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Auckland, last night. The second wool sale was hold to-day. The catalogue shows that over 4000 bales were offered. Most were disposed of; — The market was healthier, especially for * ** better qualities, which showed an advance of a fathing to a half-penny. Medium sorts advanced about a fathing ; inferior showed no improvement. Merinos and Shropshires sold up to s{d, half-brods ojd, half-bred hoggets 53d, Hampshiros 4,|d, lambs’ wool 4:jd. '
