JOHANNESBURG CONSPIRACY.
WHAT THE RASCALS CONTEMPLATED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Jan. 10. The Daily Telegraph correspondent states in reference to the plot discovered in Johannesburg in December that it was hatched by three hundred foreigners, who, with tho assistance of Commandant Kemp ambushed outsile of the town, proposed to treacherously murder tho members of the Rand Rifles and police, capture or kill Lord Kitchoner and Sir A. Milner, burn Johannesburg, and lleo to the mountains, hoping to compel Great Britain to sue for peace. Sixty arrests were made.
