MYSTICISM IN COURT.
BERLIN, Nov. 30. The Kaiser is most- indignant at the famish pranks which are being practised in the highest court circles in Berlin in connection with a .strange, new, mystical religious movement. The affairs are confined to the affairs of the circle to which the praying members belong.
