The opinion was also expressed that Cycling Committees might ho liablo for damages to a rider on a track while racing if it could be proved that tho injury was caused by the negligence of the club. At a special meeting a motion that tho league take over the control of riders in road races was lost, but it was decided to refer the whole question to the committees.
