It is understood that the trouble with the Prince Regent Luitpold has been arranged, the agents of the vessel giving a guarantee that they will pay duty on all goods used both in and between ports after the Customs seals have been broken. Perth, Dec. 17.
At a caucus of the Ministerial party, called to discuss tho political situation, several proposals wore discussed with a view to overcoming tho difficulty, including a suggested coalition. Nothing definite was done. It is understood that Mr Morgan will consult the Governor. An Opposition caucus will also be held.
