SHIPPING.

Tho barque Cloch completed her loading yesterday. The vessel received more than ordinary despatch, loading operations having commenced on tho 2nd ult. She is oxpeeted to sail to morrow for London. The schooner Awanui (Captain Nicholas) arrived yesterday morning from Tairua and coast. She brings 27,371 ft timber for Kennedy and Evans, 25,000 ft for Maekrcll and Colloy, 28,170 ft for F. Stafford, and 1002 ft to order. Tho schooner Gisborne (Captain Pankow) arrived from Mercury Hay yesterday morning. She brought 58,000 ft timber, 25,000 ft for Maekrcll and Colley, and 25,000 ft for Clayton Hros. After discharging her timber tho Gisborno loads 'manure for Auckland.

The s.s. Waihora left Napier at 8 p.m

yesterday, and arrived early this morning. She leaves for Auckland, tho last launch le&ving at 7 a.in. sharp. The s.B. Omapere left Waipiro at 5 p.in. yesterday, and Tokoniaru at 8 p.in., arriving in tho Bay early this morning. She leaves for Napier at 4 p.in. to-day. V The s.s. Te Anau leaves Dunedin on Friday next in tho Moura’a run, and . passes through Gisborne on Christmas Day, leaving at 7 a.in. for Auckland. The Mararoa arrives from Sydney and Auckland this afternoon, ar.d in the evening proceeds South. The s.s. Elingamito sails for Auckland and Sydney on Saturday next, the 21st inßt., at 10 a.m. Those who intend visiting Auckland at Christmas should book early in order to avoid disappointment, as it is anticipated there will be a largo number of passengers.

First launch on arrival ; last, 7 p.m. Friday.—Omapero leaves for Coast ports and Auckland. Last launch, 8 a.m. Saturday.—Waihora arrives from Auckland during tho afternoon, and leaves for South. Last launch, 5 p.m.
