A GISBORNE CASE.

JUDGMENT RESERVED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, last night. The judgment in the case Rees v. Foster will not be delivered until next week. In the report of the above case telegraphed on Saturday, a mistake was made in the names of those who gave evidence in Gisborne. Locally we learn that the evidence of Messrs C. A. DeLautour and J. E. Foster was taken on commission, and read during the hearing of the case in Wellington.
