A PETTY PRINCE FLOGS GIRLS AND BOYS.
Berlin, Oct. 19. Prince Henry XNII. of Reuse, the ruler of a small principality in the centre of Germane, having scarcely one-third the area of New York City and with no larger population than Staten population Island, has taken it into his head latterly to pardon all the boys and girls convicted of breaking the laws, provided their parents consent to Hog them in his presence, or permit him to Hog the youngsters in thoir parents’ presence. Several children, girls included, have been treated this way, being flogged naked.
